The Bali Experience

Over 18 months ago I had the idea to take Proteus to International locations, incorporating 2-days of learning and social activities and then giving delegates the opportunity to stay on and enjoy a holiday with family and friends. Well we have done it!

Last week saw our first Proteus Leadership journey to Bali in Indonesia.

We had nineteen Australian leaders, one leader from Indonesia and one leader from Saudi Arabia attend this great event.

Kicking off with a Balinese Bar B Que on the lawns of the Marriott Hotel, followed by drinks on the beach to watch the sunset, at the end of day one. It truly was an amazing team building event.

The two days of professional development looking at Innovation and Strategy, were fantastic as delegates discovered ways to think more clearly, create a growth mindset and then put strategies into place to ensure the concepts learned are implemented on their return to the workplace. Thank you to all delegates for your wonderful participation.

The feedback from the delegates has been so positive that we have confirmed dates to run the program again next year. I will keep you informed as we prepare our 2020 documentation.

The exciting news though, is that alongside the 2020 Innovation and Strategy program in Bali, we will also be running a different program in Singapore the following week. Dates at this stage will be mid-August 2020, so keep some time free.
