BALI Conference – 3 Months Away

Hi everyone,

Just a short newsletter this month to keep us all in the mood for the Proteus Bali conference.

I have just returned from Bali where I enjoyed a holiday but also had the privilege of handing over $6K for needy projects for the YKPA orphanage that the conference and Proteus is supporting.

It is truly humbling when one event can provide people with a break, give them inspirational information to enhance their leadership roles and also support those in need.

It is only just over 3 months away now and so I hope you have all booked your flights and accommodation and are ready for a really great time.

Below are a few things that might help you while in Seminyak.

One of Bali’s great restaurants – Jackson Lily

Jackson Lily’s maintains the at ease interior of a simple Asian eatery, with all the show of a Southeast Asian Hawker market. The air-conditioned ground floor features an open kitchen, mouth-watering pastry display, and a long and welcoming bar. The 2nd floor features a breezy dining room and a spacious all-weather balcony, perfect for early mornings, sunsets and balmy evenings spent dining under the stars.

Places to Visit – The Rock bar

Perched atop distinctive rock formations along Jimbaran’s pristine sunset coast, Rock Bar Bali is widely respected as one of the globe’s most popular sunset, cocktail and entertainment venues. Showcasing unparalleled views from 14 meters above the Indian Ocean, Rock Bar is accessible via AYANA’s dramatic cliff side inclinator. Featuring a glamorous sunset vibe, and a seductive after-dark ambiance, listen to premier international DJs as they heighten your experience from a custom DJ booth carved directly into the cliff face.

Rock Bar’s highly anticipated expansion invites up to 880 guests to enjoy the scene, with the truly VIP Round Deck welcoming 18 AYANA villa guests to revel in architectural wonder surrounded by rolling ocean waves. An additional benefit for our villa guests is the privilege to make a reservation at Rock Bar during the beginning of peak sunset time until 5pm. Rock Bar is the perfect destination for romantic rendez-vous, unforgettable gatherings with friends and spectacular MICE events. For security reasons, no backpacks or oversized bags are allowed at Rock Bar. A stylish dress code is required at all times.
