Although things are tough, I can’t help but notice and be impressed with some of the innovation and resilience that has been displayed by a range of people during this time. I have to admit, there have been many ideas, and people, who have kept my own spirits up and motivated me to be better and different, simply by watching what they are doing, and listening to what they are saying.
So, inspired by this spirit of innovation, my team and I decided to totally reinvent our own organisation and offer services that would inspire and assist clients.
Not only are we now offering Face-To-Face training (late in 2020) and Virtual Programs (now), we have created The Proteus Coaching Arm which is also fully operational.
Our expert team at Proteus are now offering individual coaching on all leadership activities, such as, Presenting, People Management, Innovation, and other personal leadership needs.
We offer a free 15-minute session to find out what you want to achieve and to set a plan of action. You can then decide how many sessions you want (minimum of two), and on what platform you would like your coaching to occur.
We also have corporate coaching packages for whole teams.

The team at Proteus Leadership would like to celebrate our amazing nursing staff right across the country and beyond. What you do is simply exceptional. So, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
It was a joy to be able to conduct my webinar last week on The Keys To Staying Relevant. To have people from right across Australia participating in the same session was fantastic, and again shows what is possible in this brave new world. From Cairns to Perth and New South Wales, Victoria to NSW and the rest of Queensland, participants enjoyed this way of learning. Thank you for the wonderful feedback.

Last week our educators also conducted Virtual training sessions from our Melbourne, Adelaide and Queensland offices.
What we once called our 2-Day Leadership Programs are about to go Virtual and the interest has been great. Now conducted over 4 x half-day sessions, a week apart, with 2 facilitators and follow up Digital Challenges, it is a perfect way to learn.
Face-To-Face programs will hopefully return later this year, but we are happy we can now offer both options.
