I am thrilled to be able to launch our ‘new look’ Voucher-based Gift Shop, where individuals and businesses can reward themselves and others with the gift of Professional Development and Coaching.
As a leader, I have often been in the situation where I have wanted to reward a high performer, or my whole team and could only ever find the usual gift basket, bottle of wine, or gimmicky item, that were all great at the time, but did not have a lasting impact in any way. I am sure that I am not alone, in this experience.
That is why I have introduced a gift voucher system that not only rewards the recipient but gives them a lasting gift that helps them to develop both personally and professionally. From Webinars to Workshops to Multi-Session Leadership programs, to individual and Corporate Coaching, all of our Gift Vouchers have been designed to have an impact.
The exciting thing is that they also get to choose the actual programs included on their gift voucher and then have 12 months to use them.
