On behalf of the Proteus team right across Australia, we would like to wish you and your loved ones a happy and safe Christmas and New Year period.
Many people look forward to this time, while others find it difficult for different reasons, but remember, whatever emotions you are feeling, the only thing that will get us through is love and respect – not just towards others, but also towards ourselves.
It is a time to make new and old connections and a time where differences should be put aside to celebrate the abundance of the great things, and the great people, that we have in our lives.
So, I just ask one thing of you this Christmas period and that is to love and appreciate the people you have the privilege of sharing this time with.

Proteus Leadership
The Proteus offices across Australia will close at 5pm on Friday 21st December 2018 and will reopen on Monday 7th January. A skeleton team will be in attendance from Wednesday 2nd – Friday 4th January
This is one of my favourite cocktails. It is simple and delicious and perfect for Christmas day.
Served in a champagne flute or even better, a cocktail glass.
Place a scoop of Mango Sorbet into the bottom of the glass, fill with champagne and then place 3 juicy raspberries on top – DELICIOUS!
Keep being naughty and save Santa a trip!
