Everyone I speak to lately seems to be overwhelmed and rattled. Their jobs are getting busier, things are moving faster, and now they have another election to consider.
“I can’t believe it’s April already, where is this year going?” I hear people saying, in fact I think I have said it myself.
We know that this level of activity is not sustainable and will have a negative impact on health, productivity, relationships etc.
So, as Easter approaches, Take Time to Make Time for yourself, and the people close to you.
Nothing we do in life is so important that it damages ourselves and our relationships in the process.
In fact, why not take 15 minutes out of your day, today, and plan something that will make you, and the people you spend Easter with, happy?
So, if you are telling yourself right now that you are just too busy to enjoy a break, then I just don’t buy it. I have lived like that myself, and it always ends in tears.
You and the people in your life deserve some “YOU Time’ so, take some time to make some time and have an amazing Easter, however you decide to spend it.
