Everyone I speak to lately seems to be overwhelmed and rattled. Their jobs are getting busier, things are moving faster, and now they have another election to consider.
“I can’t believe it’s April already, where is this year going?” I hear people saying, in fact I think I have said it myself.
We know that this level of activity is not sustainable and will have a negative impact on health, productivity, relationships etc.
So, as Easter approaches, Take Time to Make Time for yourself, and the people close to you.
Nothing we do in life is so important that it damages ourselves and our relationships in the process.
In fact, why not take 15 minutes out of your day, today, and plan something that will make you, and the people you spend Easter with, happy?
So, if you are telling yourself right now that you are just too busy to enjoy a break, then I just don’t buy it. I have lived like that myself, and it always ends in tears.
You and the people in your life deserve some “YOU Time’ so, take some time to make some time and have an amazing Easter, however you decide to spend it.

I would love for you and your team to join myself and the Proteus team in May for the national Breakfast series scheduled for Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. I am speaking on the topic: The Tribe Has Spoken – taking a look at what is happening in workplaces and leadership roles right now, and how we will need to look tomorrow. This is a very powerful topic that every Leader should hear. Don’t miss out - register your team now.

Leading Innovation And Strategy is about assisting leaders and their teams to think in new ways, to challenge the status quo and to see a bigger and better picture for the future.
These two days combined with 8 weekly digital challenges makes it one of the most practical and relevant leadership programs in Australia.
“Really great, valued added delivery of key tools and strategies for leaders to effectively lead and innovate. Great job to all in the program's development and delivery! A key take away for me has been around truly understanding innovation and strategies for effectively transforming my team's mindset from fixed to growth.”
Keith Burnell - IPC Health
“A positive and interactive program that facilitates and invites discussion around common leadership challenges and opportunities in the workplace, and offers a broad range of strategies and tools that can be adapted by individuals to help lead innovation and change to practice in the workplace. Not just a 'what' program but a 'how to'”
Elizabeth Matthews - Port Pirie Regional Health Service
“Excellent. It was extremely informative and gave real examples that can be put into practice straight away.”
