A leader’s level of performance is primarily driven by how prepared they are to grow personally and professionally, and most of this growth comes about as a result of the way they think.

This unique program is designed to provide leaders with the skills and opportunities to develop the way they think, and therefore perform more effectively as a leader.

Leading Innovation & Strategy is about assisting leaders and their teams to think in new ways, to challenge the status quo and to see a bigger and better picture for the future.

Over 4 x half-days expert Proteus facilitators will deliver 4 x virtual sessions exploring a range of topics, all focused on preparing leaders to better lead change, innovation and growth in their workplaces.

These sessions will be supported by a 1 hour launch, pre-program and 1.5 hour Coaching, post-program.

This program is also delivered as a face-to-face event over 2 x consecutive days.

These sessions combined with 8 x weekly digital challenges, makes it one of the most practical and relevant leadership programs available.

The outcomes for leaders are tangible and can be applied back into the workplace immediately. Participants will learn how to:

Program Stages

Getting Started

On registration, participants will receive confirmation of their booking followed by a reminder 2 weeks before the program. This email will contain a single link that will be used for all of the Zoom sessions and will give you access to the program interative manual.

We ask all participants to pre-install Zoom prior to the Program Launch and to ensure that they have access to a device that has a Web Camera installed.

Program Launch - Virtual

This 1 hour virtual launch will provide participants with an overview of the program introducing concepts relating to the topic. This will set participants up for success, both throughout the program, and in applying their learning back into the workplace. This applies both Virtual and Face-to-face programs.

Program Sessions

Participants will attend either 4 x half-day virtual sessions or 2 x full-day face-to-face sessions and will be provided with an extensive program manual.

Our expert facilitators will work with participants to get the most from these sessions.

This 1.5 hour virtual session will focus on reviewing and embedding the learnings from the previous sessions. This applies both Virtual and Face-to-face programs.

Cancellation Policies

Workshop Cancellation Policy (Virtual and Face-to-face)

Payment is required before the commencement of training. All payments within 7 days of the program date must be paid by credit card or direct debit. Refunds will not be given within 7 days of the program date. Transfers to another program date or a replacement person, can be made up to 48 hours prior to the program, if submitted in writing. No refunds or transfers can be made after this time. Proteus Leadership reserves the right to change the facilitators/speakers or the advertised price.

Multi-session Cancellation Policy (Virtual and Face-to-face)

Payment is required before the commencement of training. All payments within 7 days of the program date must be paid by credit card or direct debit. All cancellations/transfers must be received in writing. Refunds will not be given unless at least 30 working days notice prior to the program is provided. No refunds will be given after this date. A 10% (of total cost) administration fee will be deducted for all cancellations. If you are unable to participate, a substitute participant (transfer) is welcome if written notice is given prior to the program but will incur a $75 administration fee. Proteus Leadership reserves the right to change the facilitators/speakers or the advertised price.

NB: Face-to-face programs will only go ahead if safe to do so. If not, the program will revert to a virtual format. All COVID-19 restrictions and regulations will apply.
