The Power Of Insight

If you were to ask me what I believed was the one missing ingredient in many Leadership Tool Kits today; without hesitating I would tell you, it is insight.

A leader who understands and displays insight, stands out. Their focus is not about themself, but about seeing what is really happening and moving towards the best solution for all parties.

Unless we live and lead with insight, then we will continually react to people and situations and never really find sustainable outcomes.

Some years ago, I wrote a book called Life Eyes – Leading And Living With Insight. The process of writing this book changed how I viewed leadership and how I lead my business and my team. Although I don’t get everything right, discovering the power of insight made me a much better and more fulfilled leader.

I am convinced that more than ever, in this crazy world that we are living and leading in, that insight truly is the key to our success. It is not about how clever you are or whether or not you are a self-disclosed entrepreneur, without insight success will be short-lived.

Well, I am thrilled to say that I have now finished the second edition of Life Eyes and it is now on sale through our Proteus Bookshop as an eBook, for just $17.99 + GST.

You can lead without insight, but everything you do will be reactionary and will repeat itself, over and over again.

The thing about having insight though, is that it is not just work related, it helps us to be better parents, partners, and human beings, as we begin to look at the bigger picture

So, join the many leaders who are discovering the power of living and leading with insight, it will change the way you think about yourself, others, and the future.

Have a great week.
