What is Design Your Own Program (DYOP)?
Organisations today face different challenges, cultures, and capability gaps - yet most leadership programs are still rigid, pre-packaged solutions. The result? Training that feels disconnected from real work, limited engagement, and learning that doesn’t stick.
Leaders need development that reflects their reality, their people, their priorities, and the outcomes they are trying to achieve. That’s why Proteus Leadership created a flexible approach that puts organisations back in control of how leadership capability is built.
A leadership program designed by you, supported by proven expertise. The Design Your Own Program allows you to build a tailored leadership journey by selecting from a range of proven Proteus modules and topics.
You can create anything from a short, focused development series to a comprehensive leadership pathway aligned to organisational strategy. Programs can be designed for emerging leaders, experienced managers, or senior leadership groups.
Delivered face-to-face, virtually, or in a hybrid format, each program is built around your goals, timeframes, and budget - while maintaining the depth of content, practicality and quality that Proteus is known for.

Each workshop has a clear base investment, with pricing structured on a sliding scale. Meaning the more workshops you select, the greater the overall value you receive.

All prices above are excluding GST. Normal travel and accommodation costs may occur on the face-to-face programs.
Each module includes up to 20 participants. Additional participants can be added for both virtual and face-to-face sessions at a rate of $249 per person (+GST) for half-day modules. All prices are based on half-day modules, a full-day option is available for an additional $1,000 (applicable to virtual and face-to-face).
Cancellation Policy:
- 50% of total to be paid to confirm booking
- 50% to be paid on or before first day of program
- Invoice to be paid within 7 days from date of invoices
- Payment terms to be negotiated if purchase order is required
- Program dates can be transferred once only (at least 30 days notice)
- 10% cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 90 days notice
- 50% cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 30 days notice
- 100% cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 7 days notice

This 1 hour launch will provide participants with an overview of their designed program. This will set participants up for success, both throughout the program, and in applying their learning back to the workplace.

Face-To-Face Programs
The client provides the venue and catering. Printed workbooks and facilitator-led sessions immerse participants in practical learning, with group activities and workshop tasks throughout the day.
