Bali Is Back On The Schedule

Leading Culture, Conversations & Coaching Conference - 2 & 3 May 2023

Hi everyone,

In 2019 we launched Proteus Leadership Journeys where we got together with leaders from right across the Asia/Pacific region and conducted a 2-day Leadership conference. Well, it is happening again in 2023.

Co-CEOs - Richard Dore and Des Penny will be facilitating the Leading Culture, Conversations & Coaching Conference Bali 2023 at Marriott Courtyard, Seminyak, on 2nd & 3rd May 2023.

This sensational 2-day conference will look at, creating amazing workplace cultures, managing conversations professionally and then coaching people to success.

It commences on the evening of 1st May with a Balinese welcome dinner and Fire Dancers. After day one we will have drinks on the beach on the famous Bali bean bags, so don’t miss out.

The conference is suitable for individual leaders, partners, friends, and whole work teams.

Family and friends are welcome to join us for the welcome dinner and drinks on the beach, at a small charge.

Throughout 2023 and 2024, Proteus Leadership Journeys will also be looking at other international destinations so that we not only develop our own leadership skills, but we also experience leadership in other cultures and countries.

This is a great opportunity to get away from the noise and reward yourself and/or your team with some inspirational, relevant and practical professional development.

What people are saying from our last Bali Program

“This program was amazing! It prompted much considered thought about the way I work and the changes I need to make to be more forward thinking and effective. The group size was just right, and the balance of presentation and small group work was also right. I will be encouraging the management team to take the same opportunity next year!”

- Jenelle Tinham

“I thoroughly enjoyed the ‘Bali experience’. Des & Richard provided an exciting, interesting & educating two day program. The opportunity to share the experience with my son, who has only recently joined my business, made it even more memorable. The opportunities to interact with the other attendees and facilitators in both a social & ’in course’ format added yet another dimension to what I would describe as being one of the best courses I have done in 30 years of learning.”

- Dave Slatter

“I really enjoyed the face-to-face component....The content was very ‘on point’ with my current role..... I think being overseas in Bali allowed better engagement with the program as it felt I was ‘off the grid’ from a work perspective.... I also found attending the program with my colleague Chandell was fantastic due to the ability to consult and bounce ideas off one another, plus ensuring accountability upon returning to the real world!”

- Josette Patterson
